Pastry & Boutique FAUCHON, located on the first floor of the hotel, is serving its seasonal Shine Muscat Parfait from 12 August.
This exquisite summer dessert showcases a harmonious composition of chamomile jelly crafted with the hotel’s famed Millennium Water drawn from its private well, velvety panna cotta, creamy milk gelato, FAUCHON Tea “Happiness!” ice cream, together with delicate crumble and crisp meringue.
