Chef Hayashi who has won the first prize at French traditional cuisine competition, recently visited FAUCHON L’Hôtel Paris to create an original menu using Japanese ingredients under the theme of ‘Cherry Blossoms’ with chef of FAUCHON L’Hotel Paris and served it at the party.

The omakase menu with the essence of the cultural cities of Paris and Kyoto served at the party will be offering during dinner hours on 17, 18 and 19 April for a limited period of three days at FAUCHON L’Hotel Kyoto.

Savour the cultural fusion of Paris and Kyoto through French cuisine.
