From March 17^th ~ May 6^th 2025, A special collaborative Afternoon Tea with Izutsu Yatsuhashi Honpo, established in 1805, will be available at the Salon De The FAUCHON on the penthouse floor of FAUCHON L’Hotel Kyoto.

 

Featuring the star of this collaboration, fresh strawberries are delicately incorporated into a number of delicious treats including a Strawberry and Kuzumochi Parfait and Strawberry and Butter “Bisou Bisou” sandwich – all carefully presented as both a treat to the eyes and the taste buds.

 

We are proud to collaborate with Izutsu Yatsuhashi Honpo in this special sweet and savoury experience, only available here at FAUCHON L’Hotel Kyoto.

 

Additionally, previously only available to guests who stayed at FAUCHON L’Hotel Kyoto are the special collaboration addition Yatsuhashi Sweets – “FAUCHON Yatsuhashi” found in the Gourmet Bar in each guest room will be given as a special gift to each guest who enjoys the collaboration Afternoon Tea.

 

This collaboration allows you to not only experience these delicious sweets during a calm afternoon tea at FAUCHON L’Hotel Kyoto but also at home but with friends and family.
