【24th July】Lunch Event – Herb Tea Pairing

Thanks to popular demand, the “Iiri Farm” Collaboration pairing lunch will once again be available this year.
This lunch consists of 5 gourmet dishes, all paired with a combination of local Iiri Farm’s Herb Tea, as well as FAUCHON L’Hotel Kyoto’s own Grand Tea Master Yoshikawa’s original blends and detailed introductions to each pairing.
You will also learn how FAUCHON L’Hotel Kyoto implements sustainable practices to turn its natural waste, Tea leaves into compost, that in turn is used to grow herbs for the restaurant. You will also get to see the new range of herbs used in your dishes that are grown sustainably without the need for soil.
