We collect personal information to communicate with you and to provide our services to you. We may also use your personal information for the following purposes:

・ Requesting for feedbacks for the services provided
・ Requesting for participation in surveys
・ Providing special offers
・ Tabulating/analyzing data for assessing for purpose of continuous improvement and development of our services

3. Obtaining consent

We will obtain the following consent for the treatment of your personal
information:
・ Your consent for the purpose and scope of processing personal information, at the time of check-in or when submitting accommodation application forms on booking websites, etc.
・ Parent/Guardianʼs consent in the event that you/the customer is a minor.

4. Outsourcing of personal information to third parties

We may entrust all or parts of operations related to processing of your personal information, as and when required, to third parties such as our affiliated spa operating company, business operators and service providers.
In such cases, we will ensure selection of third parties based on our standards and execute a nondisclosure agreement before outsourcing any personal information.

5. Transfer of personal information to third countries

We may transfer your personal information to service providers and recipients located in third countries, i.e.,
countries outside of the European Economic Area (EEA),
only if such transfer is deemed necessary for the purposes mentioned in this Privacy Policy. Any transfer to such third countries shall take place only in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations, with emphasis on ensuring an adequate level of data protection.

6. Retention period

We will retain your personal information only for as long as deemed necessary to accomplish its purpose. Following the retention period, we will take measures to erase or anonymize personal information
in a safe manner within a reasonable period of time.

・ Right to rectification: Right to request for rectification of inaccurate information concerning you.
・ Right to erasure: Right to request for erasure/deletion of your personal information.
・ Right to restriction of processing: Right to request to restrict or limit the ways in which we use your personal information.
・ Right to object: Right to object the processing of your personal information.
・ Right to portability: Right to receive your personal information in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and right to transmit such data to another controller without any hindrance from us.

8. Withdrawing consent

You can choose to withdraw consent to our processing of your personal information at any time.
Withdrawing consent shall not affect the legality of the use of personal information
based on the consent obtained before the withdrawal.

9. Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

We will provide a response within one month of your request related to your rights (as per clause 7 above).
If we are unable to deliver a response within a month, we will contact you with request for an extension period and provide reasons thereof, where such extension period shall not exceed a period of more than two months. If there is no contact from us within one month of your request, you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

10. Impact of not providing personal information

You are not forced or obligated to provide us with your personal information.
You have the right to choose not to provide your personal information.
However, if you choose not to provide your personal information, including basic/general personal information,
we may not be able to book you an accommodation, or our services may be limited.

11. Profiling of personal information

We will not subject your personal information to automated individual decisionmaking,
including profiling for market or any other purposes

12. Use of cookies

We may use cookies to enhance the experience of the users of our website,
and for certain advertising purposes. You can choose to disable cookies by changing your browserʼs settings. However,
this may result in an inability to access some or all of our services provided on our website.

13. In case of data breach

In the unlikely event such as breach of your personal information, we will contact you immediately.
We will take appropriate measures to secure information and suspend our systems temporarily,
if necessary, or promptly disclose the event on our website.
