【Summer Limited】Refreshing Sweets Made with Kyoto’s Pure Underground Water “Millennium Water” & the Return of the Peach Parfait

At Pastry & Boutique FAUCHON, we will begin offering a selection of limited‑edition chilled sweets from 20 June, crafted with Millennium Water—the exceptionally pure underground water drawn from the hotel’s own well and a source of great pride at FAUCHON L’Hotel Kyoto. These items will be available for eat‑in only.
This summer brings the seasonal flavour of Bisou Bisou Millennium Water, a special version of FAUCHON’s signature lip‑shaped cake; Peach Millennium Water Jelly, featuring peaches from Wakayama and seasonal fruits encased in shimmering Millennium Water; and the long‑awaited return of the beloved peach parfait, now reimagined as the Peach Millennium Water Parfait.
Enjoy these beautifully chilled summer sweets, brimming with juicy peach flavour and a delightfully bouncy, refreshing texture.
