At Grand Café FAUCHON, we are delighted to introduce a new plan that allows you to enjoy FAUCHON’s iced teas alongside your course menu.
Restaurant, tea salon and boutique within FAUCHON L’Hotel Kyoto have been certified by the Japan Tea Association as establishments serving excellent tea. Every tea offered in the hotel is an authentic FAUCHON tea from France. Brewed with Millennium Water, the pure underground water drawn from the hotel’s own well, and prepared according to the Grand Tea Master’s meticulously calculated recipes—adjusting extraction time and water temperature for each variety—the iced tea is crystal‑clear, free from bitterness, and shines with a truly radiant flavour.
