Herbal Tea Pairing Lunch Event with the Irii Farm on 26 March 2024
We are pleased to organise an herbal tea-pairing lunch event using herbs from the Iiri Farm in Shiga Prefecture.
We look forward to seeing many of you there.
Five dishes, including food and dessert, are paired with five different teas.
Each dish is paired with an herbal tea from Iiri Farm and a blended tea of Fauchon teas by FAUCHON L’Hotel Kyoto Grand Tea Master Yoshikawa, with commentary on each.
Actual herbs grown in soil-free sustainable planters will also be present in the restaurant, and dishes and teas using the accumulated herbs will be served.
