Introducing our Plant-Based limited time menu “Health and Beauty” in support of Pink Ribbon Month this October

For Pink Ribbon month this October, FAUCHON L’Hotel Paris and FAUCHON L’Hotel Kyoto have both collaborated on their own limited time menu focused on Health and Beauty, in support of the research and awareness around breast cancer.
This year the spotlight is on plant-based sustainable dishes. From the starters that use fresh herbs grown using the natural waste from the hotels tea leaves, to the main dish – featuring Soybean meat and plant-based Dashi, which is made using the natural mineral water taken from the hotels on site well “Millennium Water”.
A portion of the proceeds from FAUCHON L’Hotel Kyoto’s Pink Ribbon dinner will be donated to the J.POSH – a NPO organization dedicated to the research and awareness of Breast Cancer.
