Available as both whole cakes and petite individual sizes, the “Merci Maman” Mother’s Day sweets will open for reservations from Saturday, 25 April, ahead of the May celebration.

 

This year’s cake, inspired by a bouquet of strawberries, is a special shortcake adorned with a beautifully crafted carnation made from strawberry chocolate. It is a creation that combines classic flavour with artistic elegance—perfect for expressing heartfelt gratitude to your mother.
