【13 April】Herb Tea Pairing Lunch Event

The herb tea pairing lunch that received such wonderful acclaim last year will return once again this spring.
At FAUCHON L’Hotel Kyoto, tea leaves used daily in the hotel are blended into compost and utilised at Iiri Farm in Shiga, where sustainable herbs are carefully cultivated.
During the event, you will enjoy a specially curated menu in which each dish crafted by our chefs is paired with herb teas from Iiri Farm—grown with the same dedication we share—and with FAUCHON teas blended by our Grand Tea Master. Each pairing will be accompanied by thoughtful commentary to enrich your experience.
Herbs grown in sustainable, soil‑free planters—just as they are cultivated for the hotel—will also make an appearance in the dining room.
