It has come to the attention of FAUCHON L’Hotel Kyoto that some of our guests have received messages eliciting them to access malicious websites (phishing).

These messages are a result of illegal hacking into the Booking.com data management system, and we urge all recipients to exercise caution and beware of any suspicious activity directed towards their account.
