Announcing a special Pink Ribbon charity menu, created in collaboration between FAUCHON L’Hotel Kyoto and FAUCHON L’Hotel Paris

This Pink Ribbon month of October and in support of breast cancer awareness, FAUCHON L’Hotel Kyoto will be serving a special dinner menu incorporating the infamous FAUCHON brand colour and a symbol of breast cancer awareness, pink.

 

Through collaboration between Keiichiro Hayashi, the head chef of FAUCHON L’Hotel Kyoto, and Baptiste Limouzin, the head chef of FAUCHON L’Hotel Paris, comes a suitably pink gourmet experience, using local fresh ingredients from the Kyoto region and including a variety of dishes, all prepared with traditional French techniques

 

The limited time dinner menu will be available in FAUCHON L’Hotel Kyoto’s penthouse restaurant “Le Grand Café FAUCHON”. A portion of proceeds will be donated to the Japan Pink Ribbon association (NPO J.POSH).

 

This limited time collaboration between the renowned head chefs of Fauchon L’Hotel Kyoto and Paris, is an excellent opportunity to enjoy delectable, nutritious gourmet cuisine while supporting research to fight Breast Cancer.
